Our portfolio includes 15 Airbus A340 aircraft in both passenger and freighter configurations. We also have 82 Rolls-Royce Trent 500 engines, providing a scalable and flexible platform for tailored leasing solutions. ACMI
Through our partner airline, European Cargo Ltd we can offer immediate support for your needs by way of ACMI.
If an aircraft delivery is delayed or you are looking to expand your fleet and need supplementary capacity, sourcing an aircraft under an ACMI wet-lease agreement could be the perfect solution. An ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance), or wet lease contract puts at your disposal not only a fully dedicated aircraft that is crewed, maintained, and insured, but also the global systems, scale, and efficiencies needed to meet your cargo needs. With an ACMI lease, you enjoy all the benefits of dedicated cargo aircraft without the potential capital risks.
Asset Management
Our highly experienced Priority 1 Team has managed assets for some of the largest Lessors and Financiers in the market. With over 100 years of combined experience in purchasing assets from the OEM’s, managing portfolios of scale, trading assets into the ABS, Jolco, and Lessor markets, our Team has developed a large partner network to own and manage assets on behalf of third parties.
Technical Services
Priority 1 Leasing is the only Lessor to have converted the A340 to cargo variant, with many units operating for our partner airline (European Cargo Ltd). With our own STC and with strong relationships across the OEM & MRO network, we have made the A340 a strong facilitator for e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and perishable products air transport.
